Is it possible to return?

Are you not satisfied with your PIKO? No problem. All products can be exchanged at any time within two weeks (14 days trial time). Also for no reason. The only condition is that they are returned unused, undamaged and sellable. 

How to return

  • Pack the PIKO in its original condition, exactly as you received it, in the box.
  • Open the shipping confirmation email and click on "contact" (top right).
  • Order a return label, this will be sent to your email address.
  • You can print out the label yourself and stick it on the box, or have it printed at a PostNL point.
  • Deliver the package to a PostNL point.

We will refund the money the moment we receive the product back in new condition. This generally takes a few days. 

Costs for returns are borne by the customer. 

We ask you to pay the cost of the return label yourself. That way we don't have to raise the prices of the products unnecessarily.

We charge a fee if the PIKO is damaged.
