Return policy
We try to inform you as well as possible about our articles via the website. If an item is not what you expected, you can return it.
Returns can be made within the standard trial period without trying out or via the try & buy service. You can only return items purchased in the NovioCare webshop.
Conditions trial period without trying:
NovioCare uses the delivery date of the carrier as the date of receipt.
You may cancel the order within 14 days of receipt of the order by sending an email to info@pikobaby.com stating that it concerns a return without trying it out.
You then have 14 days to return the shipment.
When you return the entire order (with or without reason) we will refund the entire purchase amount to the account number known to us.
The shipping costs and risks of returning are borne by the buyer. You can decide for yourself whether you send this by normal mail or with track and trace.
If you make use of this right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to NovioCare with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. Isn't this the case? Then NovioCare can charge repair costs. We will deduct these costs from the credit note of the returned items.
Conditions try & buy service
The PIKO helps you find a nice rhythm. This does not happen automatically and also takes time. It works best if you use the PIKO everywhere before every nap. That is why you can only return products under this service if you meet these 3 conditions :
1. You use the PIKO as described in the manual
2. You send photos in which you show that you actually use the PIKO
3. You let us know how things are going after 1.5 weeks and are open to tips and advice
Don't we hear from you? Then it is unfortunately not possible to return products via the try & buy service. This service is really intended for people who want to test whether it works for their child. This takes time, attention and patience.
In addition, the following conditions apply within this service:

21 days after receipt of the order you may cancel the order by sending an email to info@pikobaby.com stating that it concerns a return of the try & buy service. After these 21 days, the try & buy service expires and the products are definitively purchased.
You then have 14 days to return the shipment.

We also rely on proper use of the products. Traces of use are allowed within this service, but NovioCare charges repair costs for broken parts. We will deduct these costs from the credit note of the returned items.

After NovioCare has received your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
In the event of a return (dissolution of the purchase of 1 or more articles), the amount to be returned (price of the paid product) will be transferred to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. NovioCare will refund the amount to the account with which the order was settled.
Return items can only be sent back to our postal address.
If the return shipment is not (sufficiently) stamped, NovioCare is unfortunately forced to charge costs. This concerns administration costs of € 4.95 and the costs that the carrier charges us for delivering unstamped shipments (from € 14.00). This means that these costs will amount to at least € 18.95, which NovioCare will deduct from the credit note for the articles.
NovioCare cannot accept returns outside the return period.
