Complaints policy
NovioCare strives to deliver quality products. NovioCare applies strict quality standards for this. Unfortunately, it may happen that you receive a product that does not fully meet these standards or that it breaks immediately after it has been used. If a product shows defects, the product may no longer be used (with your child).
Does your product not meet the strict quality requirements upon receipt:

NovioCare strives to replace the product with a sound product as soon as possible. You must return the relevant product at the expense of NovioCare, with a maximum amount of € 10.00 in the Netherlands (outside the Netherlands, reasonable shipping costs will be considered). NovioCare will refund these shipping costs to your unknown account.
Your complaint is valid provided it is not caused by:
damage due to intent or negligence
· improper use or negligent maintenance
· change or repair work that the consumer or third parties have carried out improperly and without permission from NovioCare
natural and/or normal wear and tear
damage due to not (correctly) observing the instructions for use and/or washing instructions.
Complaint handling:
If you have a complaint, we ask you to report this to us as soon as possible.
You can submit a complaint via an e-mail to info@pikobaby.com with the subject: Complaint.
Please include at least the following information in your email: Product and Date of Purchase.
Accurate description of the complaint supplemented with a possible photo in case of a defect in the product. You will receive a response from NovioCare within 7 working days about the handling of your complaint.

It is of course not the intention that you experience an incorrect service, please make your complaint known in as much detail as possible to NovioCare via info@pikobaby.com with the subject: Complaint. You will receive a response from NovioCare within 7 working days about the handling of your complaint.
